Our product line includes antibodies, assay kits, and cell fractionation kits for use in measuring the expression and activity of, post-translational modifications to, and subcellular re-localization of metabolic enzymes representing key nodes in over a dozen different pathways. 99% of the antibodies used in our products were developed in our own labs, and the majority were selected not only for their ability to provide accurate and sensitive results in Western blotting and imaging applications, but also for their ability to specifically immunoprecipitate a target enzyme. In fact, all of our antibodies for ELISA applications are characterized based on mass spec analysis of the enzymes immunoprecipitated by the antibodies (and this mass spec analysis is conducted not just once, but twice during screening).
